The half marathon starts at Brygga 4, approximately 600 meters southwest of the parking lot at Ribersborgs Kallbadhus.Runners first run 200 meters along Ribersborgstigen, then the course turns left onto Köpenhamnsstigen. The race then continues through a viaduct and up onto Köpenhamnsvägen, which leads runners directly to Pildammsparken.

The marathon starts approximately 450 meters northeast of Ribersborgs Kallbadhus.Runners first pass the finish line and then continue south along Ribersborgstigen, where they run a 7.5 km loop around the Ribersborg area.The course then continues towards Limhamn, where runners complete a lap around the island before continuing on to First Camp in Sibbarp.At Sibbarp, the course turns north again, back towards Ribersborg, and connects to the half marathon course at Köpenhamnsvägen.
